Solid Agency A&R Shot and killed

Hi,

People I was listening to Irie Fm news and heard about the murder of a Jamaica Music Industry player... it was rather shocking.... yow mi shock star...... bwoy di Solid Family have it hard.... fi real... Aunty Burkie and my look alike nuh mine yah mi dear....

I got this info from one876entertainment.com....

Solid Agency artiste liaison representative Michael Lunan was one of two men shot and killed early this morning at a dance in Maverley community in St. Andrew. According to police reports, the incident happened at about 4 a.m. when a single gunman walked up and shot two men.

The death of Michael Lunan has sent shockwaves reverberating throughout the entertainment community. Ironically, it was Lunan, who is involved in representational politics, who had engineered a weekly peace dance to quell gun violence in the area.

An intelligent and well-spoken young man, Lunan had been passionate about the fate of young men who seemed trapped by the internecine gun violence in depressed areas and sought to develop programmes and activities to elevate their thinking and eventually get them denounce gun violence. One876Entertainment.com offers condolences to the family and friends of Michael Lunan.

Police figures up to March revealed that there have been 365 murders in Jamaica, 51 more when compared with the similar period last year.

“Mikey was doing so much for that community, he was even organising a Labour Day concert there with Bounty Killer and all the artistes dem…this is so sad,” a Solid Agency representative told One876Entertainment.com this morning.
